1. Classes at Rangemaster, Memphis, regular courses such as Level I-V Handgun, Defensive Shotgun, etc- Once a class has been scheduled and paid for, no refunds. If you re-schedule with 72 hours notice or more, no charge for re-scheduling. If you re-schedule less than 72 hours before class time, there is a $25.00 re-scheduling fee.

2. Special Classes at Rangemaster, Memphis- this includes Combative Pistol I or II, Dynamic Marksmanship Course, or an outside instructor teaching here, such as John Farnam, or Southnarc- No refunds less than 30 days before class date. If a deposit was paid to hold a space, the balance is due in full 15 days prior to class date.

3. Rangemaster classes off-site (road classes)- No refund less than 30 days before class date. If a deposit was paid to hold a space, balance is due in full 15 days prior to class date.

The only way we can know when is a class is full is when the specified number of students have registered and paid their tuition fees. Once a class is full, we have to turn away others who would like to attend. If you cancel too close to class, or fail to show up for class, you keep someone else from attending and would cost us a student. Please be sure you can attend a class before signing up for it. We believe this policy is fair to you, to other students, and to us.
